Aguardente Adega Velha 12 Year Old shows a very fine and pure aroma, with the alcohol well integrated in a fusion of vanilla aromas. It has remarkables flavours of english cake and candied orange peel, surrounded by a delicate sensation of good wood.
Winemaking:
Aguardente Adega Velha 12 Year Old is made from the slow distillation of the best wines that comes from grapes from de Vinho Verde Region, in Quinta da Aveleda, with a low alcohol content. This aguardente ages for 12 years in oak casks from the Limousin region, famous for its unique wood characteristics.

Tasting Notes:
Aguardente Adega Velha 12 Year Old has a delicate and smooth aroma with the nuts to stand out together with the sweet notes of the caramelized fruits and the vanilla notes. The alcohol is very delicately present in a fusion of complex aromas with good woods.
Store and Serve Advice:
Serving temperature at 18ºC-20ºC with a pre-heated cognac glass.
