Château Minuty Rose et Or is a complex rosé wine from Côtes de Provence region, that expresses an exceptional freshness and finesse, alongside subtle and delicious aromas of raspberries, cranberries, grapefruit and white peach. It features a citric minerality and an elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Château Minuty Rose et Or is a rosé wine produced from red grapes of the region of the Côtes de Provence as Grenache and Tibouren. After a directly pressed the wine is subjected to a rigorous settling and then the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures. The wine stays in stainless steel tanks, prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.
