Cabriz organic white wine shows a citrine colour defined with abundant greenish tones. It has young and fresh fruity aromas, predominant in fruity and floral notes as yellow fruits and pineapple. It has a good line of balancing acidity and citrus.

Cabriz organic white wine was produced from organically grown white grapes of the traditional Dão varieties such as Encruzado, Arinto, Malvasia Fina. The grapes were destemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats where they were fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months.

Tasting Notes:
Cabriz organic white wine presents young and fresh aromas, predominant in fruity and floral notes. In the mouth, it is fruity, fresh, crispy and with a distinct persistence.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 10ºC-12ºC.
This Beyra organic red wine has a beautiful ruby red colour. It reveals very freshest aromas, with mineral notes and very ripe red fruits. In the mouth is a persistent and elegant wine, with firm tannins.
Quinta do Vallado Superior is an organic red wine from the Douro Valley intensely structured along with an attractive acidity, a lot of freshness that comes from a bright minerality and fruity, robust, tight tannins.
Burgundy cherry color. The nose is fresh and intense, with notes of wild black fruits and black cherries. The aromas are complex due to subtle notes of vanilla. In the mouth, the wine is concentrated with elegant tannins and a soft texture. The end of the mouth is mineral with a lot of freshness.
Quinta do Cardo Organic White Wine has a pale citrus yellow colour. It has an exuberant aroma with notes of grapefruit, lime and melon and elegant mineral hints. On the palate it has a fantastic volume and freshness with intense citrus notes in a lengthy ending.
Niepoort Bioma Vintage Port 2008 is a Vintage Port wine produced with old vines, treated by organic methods, packed with lots of ripe berry aromas, such as blackcurrants and blueberries, dark spices and cassis. It features powerful juicy tannins and a great acidity.
Intense red color. A very heavy aroma of ripe black fruit, black figs and cherries. Mineral notes and vanilla. In the mouth is a wine with lush and very elegant tannins. The aftertaste is long and fresh.
