Intense red color. A very heavy aroma of ripe black fruit, black figs and cherries. Mineral notes and vanilla. In the mouth is a wine with lush and very elegant tannins. The aftertaste is long and fresh.
Winemaking:
Wine produced from organic vineyards, in the context of environmental protection measures and sustainable viticultural practices. After manual harvesting, the grapes were completely destemmed, followed by slight crushing and cooling, by temperature reduction, induced. The fermentation was carried out, with indigenous yeasts, at controlled temperatures between 24 - 27 ºC for 7 days. The wine aged in French oak vats for 6 months and was subject to filtration before bottling.

Alicante Bouschet, Syrah.
