Noval Fine Ruby Port Wine Miniature is a sample of Port wine of enormous quality which is the Ruby Port wine from Quinta do Noval. Showing notes of ripe black fruits, it presents balsamic aromas, notes of blackberries and figs and very elegant acidity.

Winemaking:
Noval Fine Ruby Port Wine Miniature was fermented at a controlled temperature. When the wort reaches the value of sweetness desired, the fermentation is stopped by the addition of brandy, and subsequently aged for 2 or 3 years in oak barrels until bottling.
Grape Varieties:
Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca.
Tasting Notes:
Noval Fine Ruby Port Wine Miniature is an extraordinarily aromatic Port wine, rich in aromas of blackberries, blueberries and black figs. It has a medium body, concentrated, full of volume and formidable acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Serve temperature 8-10°C.
