Covela is a rosé wine that has a dry profile, excellent structure and a peach skin color. In the nose it presents an intense aroma where red fruits and currant stand out together with a very balanced acidity and a long and fresh finish.
Winemaking:
Covela is a rosé wine produced with the Touriga Nacional grape variety from the Minho region. The grapes are carefully chosen and pressed and then remain in stainless steel tanks for a few hours. After slight contact with the grape skin, the fermentation and maturation of the wine is done slowly in contact with fine lees for 7 months at a low and controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes:
Covela is a very elegant, subtle and slightly dry rosé wine. It has notes of red fruits, currant and some very subtle tropical notes. In the mouth it is soft and dry, with a very well achieved structure and a refreshing finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
