It has an invigorating, crunchy acidity, a natural effervescence, typical of green wines, and a delicious scent of raspberries and ripe cherries.
Winemaking:
O Principe e o Bandido Pat Nat is a Rosé Sparkling Wine from the Vinho Verde wine region that combines white grapes from Alvarinho with red grapes from Vinhão. The wine was bottled before fermentation was finished. It aged for 6 months in the bottle without the addition of sulfurous.

O Principe e o Bandido Pat Nat is a Rosé Sparkling Wine that results from the combination of musts of two grape varieties from the Vinho Verde region, Alvarinho, in the role of Principe, and Vinhão, a red grape variety, which plays the role of the Bandido. It is a natural, effervescent wine, rich in notes of ripe cherry, raspberry and notes of lychees. It is a wine with chilling acidity, with notes of lime and orange peel and incredible freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
