Quinta de Santiago is a very delicate rosé wine with a crystalline appearance and salmon colour. It presents elegant and subtle wild red fruit flavors. It is a structured, fresh and mineral rosé wine, with fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta de Santiago is a rosé wine produced in the Vinho Verde region with grapes of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Alvarinho. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine has stayed for 6 months in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled.

Quinta de Santiago is a rosé wine that presents complex and delicate flavors, highlighting aromas of fresh raspberry and berries. It is a rosé wine that presents a very balanced aromatic intensity and structure, mineral notes and a lot of freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
