Viúva Gomes Colares is a red wine produced from Ramisco's red grape, an autochthonous varietal from the region of Lisboa. After a long maceration, the fermentation occurred in granitic stone's Lagares, at a controlled temperature. The wine has stayed, for 48 months, in French and American oak barrels of 400 liters before bottling, where it remains for 36 months prior to being released.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16°C à 18°C.
