Winemaking:
After harvest the grapes are sent to the winery and the vinification process is started with total destemming followed by an induced temperature reduction and slight crushing, before the musts are transferred to the stainless steel tanks, to start the fermentation. Fermentation for 6 days at a temperature of 27ºC. Wine aged for 9 months in American oak barrels followed by a filtration and filling in bottle where it aged 6 months before being released.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16ºC to 18ºC.

Adega de Borba Garrafeira is a red wine that expresses itself in an exuberant, intense character, loaded with fruit and aromatic complexity. It presents a dense and closed bouquet of aromas of macerated red fruits, notes of dark chocolate, balsamic nuances, very round tannins, and very elegant acidity.
Herdade do Sobroso Anas is an elegant red wine, very aromatic and delicate. It is a red wine from the Alentejo that presents delicious aromas of ripe red fruits, notes of freshly ground spices, delicate floral notes, juicy tannins and very soft acidity.
