Antonio Saramago is a red wine produced with red grapes of Castelão, and Alicante Bouschet planted in the region of Peninsula de Setubal. The grapes were vinified separately and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats prior to subjected to a short maceration, in contact of its skins and stalks, at cold for 14 days. The wines were aged stainless steel tanks for 8 months prior to being blended and bottled.

Antonio Saramago is a red wine from the Setúbal Peninsula wine region that features round and juicy tannins, elegant notes of wild berries and nuances of ripe black fruits. It has good mineral notes and balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
