Arrojo is an elegant e crystalline red wine, with red polished fruit aromas, minerality traits, and good concentration. It is a red wine from the wine region of the Douro, which expresses exuberant fragrances of wild fruits, soft tannins, fine acidity and a very balanced finish.
Winemaking:
Arrojo is a red wine, produced exclusively with autochthonous red grapes of the Douro wine Region of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca. After a short maceration of 3 days, in contact with the skins and stalks, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for further 20 days. The wine has been transferred to small stainless steel vats where it has stayed for 8 months prior to being bottled.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca.
Tasting Notes:
Arrojo is a clean, crystalline red wine with fine and elegant aromas of ripe wild fruits, mineral notes, soft tannins and balanced acidity of the wine region of the Douro.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
