Campolargo CC is a very structured, complex and highly aromatic red wine. It displays aromas of ripe red fruit, with notes of raspberries, cherries and licorice. It has mineral notes that give it a high quality freshness, balsamic notes, spices and a very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Campolargo CC is a red wine produced from red grapes of Castelão Nacional, and Cabernet Sauvignon planted in the wine region of Bairrada. After a gentle pressing, with total destemming, the grapes were fermented, separately, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine has aged in used's French oak barrels, for 24 months, before being blended and bottled.

Castelão Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tasting Notes:
Campolargo CC is a very well designed red wine with a fresh, imposing character and sublime aromatic intensity. There are exuberant notes of ripe red fruit, balsamic nuances, vanilla, and spices. Juicy and imposing tannins, balanced in harmony with notes of thyme, wet stone, and extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
