Campolargo Os Corvos is an exuberant, rich, and complex red wine that presents delicious and intense aromas of ripe black fruit such as blackberries, black plum, and cherries. It is a very balanced wine, with round and juicy tannins, mineral notes, and very fine acidity.
Winemaking:
Campolargo Os Corvos is a red wine produced from red grapes of Tinta Roriz, Syrah, and Merlot planted in the wine region of Bairrada. After a gentle pressing, with total destemming, the grapes were fermented, separately, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine has aged in used's French oak barrels, for 16 months, before being blended and bottled.
