Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Bastardo is a red wine produced from the Bastardo an autochthonous red grape variety from the Dão wine region. After long períod of maceration, the wine started the fermentation process in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine has been transferred for new's French oak barrels where it has stayed, in contact with the lees, for 18 months before being decanted, filtrated, and bottled.

Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Bastardo is an exotic, complex red wine with an aromatic bouquet of broad-spectrum. It displays a medium body, but aromas of wild red fruits accentuated and in harmony with delicious balsamic notes. With fresh and fruity tannins, it presents floral notes, combined with mineral notes and balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
