Casa da Passarella Fugitivo Vinhas Centenárias is a red wine of extreme elegance. On the nose, it has a fruity aroma with a touch of red fruits and light pepper. In the mouth, it is elegant and delicate, with great complexity, well-integrated acidity, and a long finish.
Winemaking:
Casa da Passarella Fugitivo Vinhas Centenárias is a red wine produced from indigenous red grapes of Baga, Touriga Nacional, Alvarelhão, Tinta Pinheira, Jaen, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Carvalha from the Dão wine region. The wine was subjected to a short cold maceration, after fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it remained for 12 months. After being bottled, it aged for 24 months in a cool cellar.

Casa da Passarella Fugitivo Vinhas Centenárias is a red wine from the Dão region that presents us with an intense and complex aroma, notes of wild fruits, forest flowers, and spices. In the mouth, it is structured and fruity, with robust tannins but balanced by acidity. The ending is long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
