Winemaking:
Manual harvesting, selection of grapes, total destemming and immediately crushed, the grapes are fermented by varieties and mixtures. The fermentation is made in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature around 28 ° C. Maceration smooth. Part of the lot is stacked in French oak for a period of 12 months, with a small percentage of American oak before being bottled.
