This Chaminé from Alentejo has a concentrated dark ruby colour. It has plenty of fruit's fragrances, on the palate is full of aromas with notes of ripe wild fruits with a smooth and balanced structure.
Winemaking:
Sustained viticulture, picks by hand. Fermentation without clogging, at controlled temperatures, with frequent overruns. It was stained in stainless steel vats before being bottled, without glue and filtration. It was not aging in wood barrels.
