Conde D'Ervideira Reserva is a pure, polished and concentrated red wine, typical of high-quality wine, from the Alentejo wine region. It is a red wine with intense aromas and rich red fruits, with balsamic aromas, spices and vanilla. It is a red wine with an elegant, fresh and very aromatic profile.
Winemaking:
Conde D'Ervideira Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, and Cabernet Sauvignon planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 10 months, in contact with lees, prior to being bottled.

Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Conde D'Ervideira Reserva is a robust, elegant red wine with extraordinary aromatic complexity from the Alentejo wine region. It presents intense aromas of red fruits, ripe black fruits, balsamic notes and spices. It is a soft, velvety red wine with a highly polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
