Cortes de Cima has produced this wine using Petit Verdot grapes, natives from Bordeaux, in the hot Alentejo climate. The wine is plenty of density, super-ripe black fruit flavours, full of juicy berry and black plums notes. It has freshness, complexity, spices hints and firm and solid tannins.

Cortes de Cima is a red wine produced exclusively with Petit Verdot grapes planted in the Alentejo region. This wine was subjected to a long maceration, fermented at low temperatures, and remained for 12 months in French oak barrels until slightly filtered and bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
