Cortes de Cima is a red wine produced with exclusively Cabernet Sauvignon red grapes from the region of Alentejo. After a prolonged maceration the fermentation process occurred at low and controlled temperatures. The wine was stayed, for 12 months, in French oak barrels until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Cortes de Cima Cabernet Sauvignon has an extreme density, features ripe red fruit aromas alongside complex aromas of spices, vanilla and graphite notes. It has a solid structure with sweet fruits that end into a dry style.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Azul Portugal Alentejo Reserva is a complex and fruity red wine from the Alentejo region. Dominated by ripe black fruit aromas, such as blackberries, plums and dark cherries, hints of dark chocolate, everything beautifully integrated into balsâmic notes and good wood flavours. It features round tannins and a fantastic acidity.
Bright grenade colour. Aromas with mineral notes, very delicate fruit. In the mouth it presents light notes to fine spices, smoked and balsamic notes. It is a wine with moderate acidity, light and balanced.
