Cortes de Cima Incógnito is an intense red wine, aromatic, enigmatic, of tannins closed and fruity and very soft. It features a bouquet of black fruits such as blackberries, cherries, plums and blueberries, smoked notes, nuances of minerals and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Cortes de Cima Incógnito is a red wine produced with exclusively Syrah red grapes from the region of Alentejo. After a short fermentation at cold temperatures without stalks, the wine has been subjected to a long maceration in contact with the skins. The wines were transferred, 90% of the batch to new's French oak barrels and the rest to new's American oak barrels in contact to fine lees and it were subjected to regular stirring, for 8 months, prior to being decanted, blended and bottled.

Cortes de Cima Incógnito is a lush, round and complex red wine from the Alentejo region. Produced exclusively from Syrah red grapes, it features notes of blackberry fruits, plums and delicate toasted notes, spices, mineral nuances to moist soil and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
