Winemaking:
This red wine from the wine region of Portugal in Dão, Duque de Viseu Vinho Tinto, was produced after the manual harvest followed by destemming and soft crushing. The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 6 days, during which it was subjected to several reassemblies. The different grape varieties that gave rise to this wine were vinified separately. 50% of the final batch aged 12 months in French oak barrels with the remaining wine aged in stainless steel vats prior to bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Valle de Passos Reserva is a red wine from the region of Trás-os-Montes that presents a ruby color, fresh and delicate aroma with notes of red and black fruits. In the mouth it is elegant, with present acidity and balanced tannins.
Júlio B. Bastos Alicante Bouschet is a red wine of enormous aromatic concentration and density from the Alentejo wine region. It presents a closed purple colour, with intense aromas of wild fruits, ripe black fruits, cherries and figs, spices and balsamic nuances. It is a red wine with juicy and fleshy tannins and freshly polished acidity.
Dark ruby color with aromas of ripe fruit, and essences of vanilla. The tannins are very exuberant and harmonize perfectly the sweet aromas of ripe fruit and the intense floral aromas. Powerful finish, full of freshness.
Gloria Reynolds is a majestic red wine softened by the passage of time in which it rested into the bottle. It is a rounded and complex red wine with elegant, subtle and structured aromas, together with a dense and rich nucleus and an extraordinary acidity.
Intense ruby red color. Deep, complex nose, very aromatic, without any overlapping aroma. In the mouth it is exuberant and has an excellent elegance, integrated in the wood. Very long finish.
Quintas de Borba is a rounded and elegant red wine from the Alentejo region dominated by intense aromas of ripe red fruits, dark chocolate, and spices. It has very soft tannins, good acidity, and good depth.
