Furtiva Lágrima is a mature, opulent, full-bodied, and rich red wine. It is a wine of enormous quality, dense, intensely aromatic and fresh. With fleshy and fruity tannins, it expresses a deep and delicate elegance in the aromas of ripe black fruits, balsamic notes, and sublime acidity.
Winemaking:
Furtiva Lágrima is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, and Touriga Nacional planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, for 18 months, where it has stayed in contact with lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Furtiva Lágrima is an extraordinary red wine from the Alentejo region. Presenting fleshy, full and powerful tannins, intense aromas of ripe black fruit, it is also a red wine of exuberant elegance, with a unique depth, balsamic aromas, and crunchy acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
