Herdade do Sobroso Sobro is an elegant and fruity red wine from the Alentejo region. Exhibiting clean aromas of ripe red fruits with emphasis on notes of berries, cherries and plum, it presents subtle notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and spices. It is a red wine with very fruity, soft tannins and fantastic elegance.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Sobroso Sobro is a red wine produced with red grapes of Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 6 months, in contact with lees, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Herdade do Sobroso Sobro is a very elegant red wine, clear in aromas and very aromatic fruity. It presents a bouquet of aromas where ripe red fruits stand out, prevailing aromas of cherry and red plum, and hints of red berries. It is a red wine with soft and very fruity tannins, mineral notes and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
