Insurgente is a red wine from the Dão's region with plenty of concentration and it is packed with full of ripe fruity aromas and cherry and berries scents. It has dense tannins full of black fruit hints backed up by balsâmic aromas and tobacco notes.
Winemaking:
Insurgente is a red wine produced with red grapes from Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro of the Dão region. After the fermentation process, in stainless steel tanks, the wine is subjected to a long period of maceration prior to being transfer to 2 years old's used French oak barrels to remain for 9 months, prior to bottling.

Insurgente is a red wine with intense and plenty of complex aromas of ripe black fruits backed up in great wood notes and fruity tannins.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
