Monsaraz Millenium is an intense and rich red wine from the Alentejo region. It shows many ripe red fruit aromas, along with balsamic nuances, spices and floral aromas. It ends in a persistent and long-lasting finish.
Winemaking:
Monsaraz Millenium is a red wine produced of red grapes of Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, and Syrah planted in the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process, at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the bests batches were selected to compose the final batch. The best wines have been transferred to French oak barrels, where they have aged for 4 months, prior to being mixed and bottled.

Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah.

Monsaraz Millennium is a red wine produced with the best lots of the harvest, selected after fermentation. It is a red wine from the wine region of the Alentejo that presents a perfect balance between the aromatic intensity and the fresh and mineral notes coming from the mixture of the best batches of each variety that were vinified separately and that compose. the final batch. It ends in round and persistent notes and a wonderful acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
