Monte da Ravasqueira Vinha das Romãs is a red wine with great aromatic expression, complexity in its aromas and great delicacy. It presents aromas of ripe red fruits, mineral notes, notes of berries and wild strawberries, along with balsamic notes. It is a very balanced red wine, with imposing tannins and highly polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Monte da Ravasqueira Vinha das Romãs is a red wine produced with red grapes of Syrah, and Touriga Franca planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in granitic Lagares, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 20 months, in contact with lees, prior to being bottled.

Monte da Ravasqueira Vinha das Romãs is a complex red wine, with a fantastic aromatic breadth and exuberant elegance. It presents aromas of ripe red fruits that are extraordinarily integrated into mineral notes, aromas of wild fruits, and balsamic notes. It is a very balanced wine, very fine, with opulent tannins and very present and very soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
