Winemaking:
Mouchao is produced predominantly from Alicante Bouschet with a small percentage of Trincadeira and vinified in Lagares. It is aged in oak and mahogany vats of 5.000 liters capacity for 24 months and only released after further 24 to 36 months in a bottle in the cellars.

Tasting Notes:
Mouchao is a powerful red wine, full of dense tannins and impressively ripe and juicy black fruits. It's a huge red wine from Alentejo.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Caminhos Cruzados Colheita is a very elegant red wine in its aromatic bouquet, which displays aromas of ripe red fruits, along with notes of plum and black cherry. It is a red wine with soft tannins, pure aromas, slight balsamic and delicate acidity.
Quinta Vale D'Aldeia Grande Reserva is a red wine from the Douro region with a very concentrated aroma, where notes of red fruits, cocoa and spices predominate. In the mouth, it is an elegant and lively wine, with velvety tannins and well-integrated acidity. The finish is long and harmonious.
Chão dos Eremitas Tinta Carvalha is a red wine from the Alentejo region of great elegance, fine structure and open aromatic bouquet. It exudes aromas of wild red fruits, with a predominance of aromas of raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants, together with mineral notes, balsamic nuances and vigorous and very balanced acidity.
Quinta Nova Grainha Reserva is a structured and complex red wine from the Douro Region, with tight and powerful tannins, a great minerality and a wonderful acidity.
Castello D'Alba Grande Reserva Vinhas Velhas is a great red wine from the Douro Valley, which features lots of ripe red fruit aromas well-integrated into the wonderful notes of good wood. It spreads minerality alongside powerful tannins and an amazing acidity.
Quinta do Coa Reserva is an organic red wine from the Douro region, elegant, polished, with mineral notes such as rock and humid soil very well integrated into notes of ripe red fruits such as raspberries, red cherries, and cassis. Of solid and austere tannins, it also features a delicious acidity.
