Winemaking:
Wine made entirely from organic vines. The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. Ageing was done in French oak vats for 10 months prior to bottling.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15 ° C. Serve at a temperature of 16 ° C to 18 ° C.
Ruby-coloured, it exhibits a burst of red fruit aromas. The palate is round and well-balanced, with supple tannins and a lingering finish.
