Pêra Doce Premium is a robust, complex red wine which presents intense aromas of ripe red fruits, nuances of ripe black fruits, such as blackberries, cherries and plums. It is a red wine that presents imposing, solid and fruity tannins with a dry touch, balsamic aromas and very balanced acidity.

Pêra Doce Premium is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Syrah, and Trincadeira planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 14 months, in contact with lees prior to being bottled.

Pêra Doce Premium is an intense, elegant and very aromatic red wine, that presents aromas of red fruits and nuances of ripe black fruits. It is a wine of elegant structure, very fruity, with delicate floral notes and balsamic aromas. It has very round and juicy tannins and very soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
