After the natural ripening of the grapes, the Aragonêz and Trincadeira grape varieties were carefully selected, harvested and transported to the winery, where the total destemming process is carried out and a single crushing process. The fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels with controlled temperature of 26ºC. A prolonged maceration followed, the musts rested along with the stalks and the films for 15 days. There followed an eighteen-month stage in French oak barrels, followed by a 24-month bottle stage in the mythical Caves of the Cartuxa Convent before the market launch.

Store and Serve Advice:
Protect at a stable temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Herdade das Servas is a red wine from a selected harvest from the region of Alentejo with lots of powerful red fruits, packed with juicy fruity tannins, and a solid body. The wine is ripe and juicy, with a touch of vanilla and a very pleasant minerality.
Valle Pradinhos The Lost Corner is an elegant red wine, intensely aromatic, alive and mineral. It presents austere and imposing tannins, a structure composed of a core of full of aromas of wild red fruits, balsamic notes and vibrant tannins. It presents enormous complexity, minerality and fantastic acidity.
Ruby color. Aromas ripe red fruit with notes to light toast and chocolate. Firm and mature tannins, round long bodied body with notes of spices.
Art. Terra Amphora is an elegant, rustic red wine with a modern and gastronomic profile. It presents earthy and mineral notes, along with aromas of macerated ripe black fruits, polished acidity and very deep and consistent tannins.
Terras D'Ervideira is an elegant red wine that has good notes of wild fruits, blackberries and raspberries. It displays medium body, mineral notes, round tannins and very soft acidity.
Porta dos Cavaleiros Reserva is a rich red wine, aromatic, and which presents flavours of ripe red fruits, spices, bergamot, violet frangrances and balsamic notes. It is a fresh, mineral wine with a lively acidity.
