Periquita Reserva is an intensely aromatic and elegant red wine from the Region of Peninsula de Setubal. It presents intense aromas of ripe black fruits wrapped in vanilla scents and notes of oak wood. Of soft texture, round and juicy tannins, this Perquita red wine reveals mineral notes and a good acidity.
Winemaking:
Periquita Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes varieties planted in the Region of Peninsula de Setubal such as Castelão, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine stayed in new and used's French oak barrels, for 8 months prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Periquita Reserva is an elegant red wine rich in ripe fruit flavours of the Setubal Region. It has intense aromas of ripe black fruits, such as black cherries, plums and blueberries, vanilla notes and balsamic touches. It is a very round and balanced wine denoting a soft minerality and a good acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
