Proibido Grande Reserva is a red wine produced in the demarcated Douro wine region, from old vines aged between 40 and 80 years, at 500 meters altitude. The grapes were destemmed by hand and then the wine was trodden on foot. Fermentation occurred without the addition of enzymes and occurred for 20 days at a controlled temperature. It was transferred to cement vats for over 2 months with old jars and remained for 12 months in used's wooden barrels.

Proibido Grande Reserva is an austere and imposing red wine from the Douro wine region that has juicy, fruity tannins with some rusticity, nose with a huge aromatic intensity. They stand out for the ripe black fruits, along with a fantastic elegance and very well designed structure.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16°C à 18°C.

It is a red wine of velvety and mineral body and has a very balanced acidity.
Cortes de Cima Incógnito is an intense red wine, aromatic, enigmatic, of tannins closed and fruity and very soft. It features a bouquet of black fruits such as blackberries, cherries, plums and blueberries, smoked notes, nuances of minerals and extraordinary acidity.
