Quinta da Bacalhôa is a red wine produced with red grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot planted in the region of Peninsula de Setubal. The grapes were vinified separately and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats prior to subjected to a long maceration, in contact of its skins and stalks, at cold for 15 days. The wines were aged in new's French oak barrels, separately, for 11 months, prior to being blended and bottled.

Quinta da Bacalhôa is a concentrated and round red wine from the region of the Peninsula de Setubal. Dominated by notes of ripe red fruits, it presents mellow and juicy tannins, wonderful balsamic aromas, blueberries fragrances, spices, and subtle wood aroma, alongside a wonderful freshness due to its remarkable mineral hints.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.

Quinta da Pacheca Grande Reserva Touriga Francesa is an impactful red wine in its aromatic intensity, harmonious in its structure, and very elegant as a whole. It presents aromas of wild fruits such as blackberries, berries and raspberries, light floral fragrances, balsamic notes, and polished acidity.
Conceito is a red wine from the Douro Valley, very delicate with notes of good wood, red and black fruits very well integrated. It also has some earthy and truffle notes. It is a fresh wine that reveals a great texture and a good volume. It has a dense body and reveals a long and balanced finish.
Rui Roboredo Madeira Beira Interior is a robust and austere red wine from the Beira Interior wine region and it has a structure with extreme elegance, immense complexity in the primary aromas, where aromas of ripe black fruits are highlighted and softened by vanilla and spice notes, freshness, minerality and great acidity.
