Quinta da Carolina is a very elegant red wine from the Douro region, which presents a modern character highlighting the enormous concentration of ripe red fruits and aromatic intensity, along with fine and incisor's tannins, ending in an extraordinary acidity.

Quinta da Carolina is a red wine, produced from a blend of autochthonous red grapes such as Tinta Amarela, Tinta Carvalha, Tinto Cão, Touriga Francesa, Tinta Francisca, Rufete, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, and Touriga Nacional, from the Douro region. After a long maceration at cold, the wine was fermented in cement's Lagares at controlled temperatures for further 7 days. The wine has stayed in new and used's French oak barrels, for 12 months, in contact with fine lees, and further 6 months in stainless steel vats prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta da Carolina is a rich and intense red wine from the Douro region. It features high aromatic intensity, an extremely aromatic bouquet that release aromas of ripe black fruits like cherries, black plums, blackberries, and currants, is a red wine with clean and firm tannins, exhaling mineral notes along with fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Quinta da Costa das Aguaneiras is a full-bodied red wine, full of aromatic intensity, loaded with aromas of ripe red fruits, balsamic notes and mineral nuances from the Douro wine region. It presents full and fruity tannins, a structured body, floral notes and very delicate acidity.
Trilho em Pormenor can be characterized by a Douro's red wine full of freshness and minerality together with extraordinary ripe dark fruit aromas wrapped in balsamic scents. It is dominated by flavours of forest black fruits and austere and dense tannins, seasoned by good hints of wood and very elegant acidity.
Rovisco Pais Premium is a complex red wine, aromatically concentrated and enclosed in imposing balsamic tannins. It has a great aromatic structure, highlighting notes of ripe black fruits, vanilla aromas, marked minerality and polished acidity.
Dark garnet colour. Very ripe black fruit aromas with mineral notes, and floral fragrances. In the mouth it has density, notes of ripe fruit and balsamic tannins. It is a wine with a remarkable acidity, robust and full of freshness.
Vila Real Premium is an extraordinarily elegant and complex red wine produced in the Demarcated Douro wine region. It presents intense and complex notes of ripe black fruits, together with balsamic aromas, rockrose, and resinous notes. With very elegant tannins, fresh notes of mint and red berries stand out in its core and very polished acidity.
Deep ruby with purple edges colour. Spicy red berry fruits. Elegant palate showing youthful fruit, fine tannins with good balancing acidity on the finish.
