Quinta da Carolina Reserva presents itself as a vigorous, elegant and very refined red wine. Of sharped and succulent tannins, it releases fresh notes of aromas of wild red fruits as well as extraordinary mineral nuances along with balsamic notes, ending in an enthusiastic and eloquent acidity.

Quinta da Carolina Reserva is a red wine, produced from autochthonous red grapes, of Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, and Tinta Roriz, from the Douro region. After a long maceration at cold, the wine was fermented in granitic stone's Lagares at controlled temperatures for further 7 days. The wine has stayed in new and used's French oak barrels, for 18 months, in contact with fine lees, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta da Carolina Reserva is a robust, elegant red wine that features tremendous aromatic intensity and fresh notes of mint, basil, and thyme. It releases delicious aromas of wild berries, mineral notes of moist soil, and rock, and subtle scents of noble wood.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Familia Silva Branco is a rich and full-bodied red wine. It has clear aromas of red fruits, balsamic notes, and spices. With elegant and juicy tannins, it expresses fresh and mineral notes and elegant acidity.
Proibido à Capela is a genuine Douro red wine and it was produced from the smallest possible mechanical and electrical interference. Hence its naturalness is expressed in pure and genuine aromas of ripe wild fruits, with blackberries and raspberries flavours, along with soft but firm tannins, and elegant acidity.
100 Hectares 17 is a red wine of great aromatic amplitude, with a fleshy and enveloping core and imposing tannins. It presents notes of wild black fruits, blackberries and berries along with notes of plum and cherry wrapped in balsamic notes. It is a full-bodied red wine, with mineral notes present and polished acidity.
Conde de Monsul is a young, fresh, and intensely aromatic red wine. It presents a clean profile, full of ripe red fruits in its aromas, clean flavors, mineral notes, and very elegant acidity.
Dark ruby colour.Fragrances floral to violets. Aromas of forest fruits, ripe gooseberry and berries in harmony with wood. Robust but soft tannins and wild fruits with a great balance and complexity. Very soft, pleasant and very persistent.
Valle Pradinhos Reserva has a deep red colour. It has a splendorous nose, it's rich, complex with ripe red and black wild fruits, with some elegant floral notes and a touch of vanilla and spices. It's full-bodied with some fine and silky tannins interlaced by a firm fruit structure. It has a long and persistent ending.
