Winemaking:
Quinta da Curia Clefs D'Or is a red wine produced from red grapes of Merlot, Touriga Nacional, and Cabernet Sauvignon planted in the Bairrada wine region. After a gentle press, the musts have macerated for 4 weeks in contact with skins and stalks. The grapes were, then, fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels for 24 months, where it has been in contact with its lees, prior to being bottled. The wine has aged for further 18 months into the bottle before it was released.

Grape Varieties:
Merlot, Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta da Curia Clefs D'Or is a very balanced, elegant, subtle, and intensely aromatic red wine. It presents notes of black fruits, combined with aromas of red fruits, notes of vanilla and spices. It is a red wine with imposing tannins, designed along with wonderful mineral notes and highly polished acidity.

Store and Serve Advice:
