This red wine, Quinta da Falorca Garrafeira 2009, was produced from a careful selection of grapes in the harvest. The grapes are destemmed and crushed to extract the musts. The fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures in granitic mills with very prolonged maceration, in contact with the skins with 60% of the batch to be aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and the remaining 40% aged 24 months in French oak barrels. At the end of the two years, they spent 30 more months in the bottle.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Sobreiro de Pegões Premium is an elegant red wine, rich in fruit concentration and very balanced. It has a concentrated core, showing notes of wild red fruits, delicate floral nuances and balsamic aromas. It is a harmonious, fresh red wine and ends with an extraordinary acidity.
Terras D'Ervideira is an elegant red wine that has good notes of wild fruits, blackberries and raspberries. It displays medium body, mineral notes, round tannins and very soft acidity.
Dona Helena Reserva is an extraordinary and intense red wine from the region of Palmela. Of complex fruity aromas, it features spice nuances, ripe black fruits scents, and vanilla alongside a well-balanced acidity.
Vallado Red Wine from Douro, Quinta do Vallado, has a very concentrated aroma, with intense mature red fruit aromas and hints of spring flowers, such a violets, and jasmines. It has a nice structure, round tannins, with a long and fresh aftertaste.
Quinta da Romaneira Petit Verdot is a red wine which presents wonderful fresh wild fruit aromas, ripe black fruits flavours, such as ripe cherries, plums and figs. It has herbaceous notes, mineral nuances and earthy and Mediterranean pine forest notes. It is an elegant red wine, with sober and fine tannins and very soft acidity.
