Quinta da Gaivosa Primeiros Anos is a rich red wine with notes of cedar, fresh blueberries, and mint. It shows subtle touches of chocolate with wild berry aromas. It is a robust wine, but with elegance and soft tannins, very polished, with a very long finish.
Winemaking:
Quinta da Gaivosa Primeiros Anos is produced from the grapes of the new restructured vineyards of the Quinta da Gaivosa that followed a set of criteria and innovative technical means, and respect, deep, for the teachings of the old vines. This wine is made from the first fruits of these new vineyards.
Grape Varieties:
Sousão, Tinta Amarela, Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes:
Quinta da Gaivosa Primeiros Anos is a very elegant red wine, refined, with balsamic notes and fresh blueberries. It is a solid wine with soft tannins and a very pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
