Quinta da Gaivosa is produced from the almost century-old vineyards on the demanding slopes and in the rough soils of the Douro Valley. This is a red wine signed by Alves de Sousa that became known to the world in the form of one of the most emblematic wines of the Douro. A wine that expresses the dedication of several generations of the family to the Quinta da Gaivosa vineyards and the unique quality of its terroir.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta da Gaivosa is a powerful and tannic red wine, with full of concentration and packed with dark black fruits. It has a dry core, density and a minerality that comes from the vineyard's schist soil in the Douro Valley.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
