Quinta de Cidrô Pinot Noir is an intense red wine with powerful tannins from the Douro region, and it's dominated by impressive aromas of ripe black fruit such as cherries, blueberries and berries along with delicious balsamic notes and spices hints that combine along with a fantastic minerality and a superb acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta de Cidrô Pinot Noir is a red wine produced with Pinot Noir planted in the Douro Region. After a prolonged maceration of 16 days, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. 50% of the batch has stayed 8 months in French oak barrels prior to the final batch was blended and bottled.

Quinta de Cidrô Pinot Noir is an extremely complex and elegant wine from the Douro region and it's endowed by intense aromas of ripe black fruits, balsamic aromas, notes of dark chocolate, tobacco and spices. It is accompanied by extraordinary mineral notes and a fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
