Quinta do Cerrado Colheita is an elegant and clear-looking red wine from the Dão region. It is a red wine dominated by red wild berries fragrances like raspberries and gooseberries, along with a nucleus intensely fruity and seasoned with notes of spices and subtle hints of wood.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Cerrado Colheita is a red wine, produced from indigenous red grapes of Touriga Nacional, and Tinta Roriz. from the Dão region. After a long maceration of 14 days, at cold, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then, the wine has been transferred to 2 and 3 years old used's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 6 months prior to being bottled.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz.
Tasting Notes:
Quinta do Cerrado Colheita is an aromatic, perfumed and medium intensity red wine from the Dão region. Fruity and dominated by aromas of red berries, it features notes of spices, vanilla and very subtle wood along with exceptional notes of minerality and a very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
