Taboadella Jaen Reserva is an elegant, juicy, mineral and extremely well balanced red wine. It presents a bouquet of aromas of ripe black fruits, plums, blueberries and blackberries are part of the aromas that stand out in a mineral, balsamic and with subtle hints of spices. It has soft tannins and delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Taboadella Jaen Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Jaen from the Dao wine region. After the pressing process, the wine fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, 50% of the blend was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it remained in contact with the lees for 7 months, and the rest remained in stainless steel vats, prior to the wine has been decanted, filtered and bottled.

Taboadella Jaen Reserva is an extremely elegant red wine from the Dão wine region, which presents subtlety and highlights its aromas of ripe black fruits. It is structured, with balsamic nuances and spices, subtle minerality and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
