Trinca Bolotas is a rich and very fruity red wine from the Alentejo region. Dominated by intense and opulent aromas of black cherries, plum and blackberries, it presents very well integrated balsamic aromas, very elegant tannins and a good acidity.

Winemaking:
Trinca Bolotas is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, and Aragonez from the region of Alentejo. After the wine has fermented, at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel vats, the wine was subjected to a short maceration, with the skins and the stalks, at cold for 4 days. The wine was aged in used's French oak barrels for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Trinca Bolotas is an authentic and elegant wine from the Alentejo region, with exuberant aromas of ripe fruits, floral fragrances, fruity and round tannins and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Quinta do Valdoeiro Syrah is a red wine from the region of Bairrada full of aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, notes of vanilla and tobacco. It is a wine of velvety texture, dense and with tannins full of black fruit. It has a very fresh and persistent finish.
