Vallado Adelaide is a very velvety red wine with notes of oak, fig and black fruits. In the mouth, it is very seductive and elegant, with present and robust tannins, refreshing acidity and a very persistent and fresh finish.
Winemaking:
Vallado Adelaide is a red wine produced from Vinhas Velhas (some over 100 years old), from the Douro region, where Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, and Touriga Nacional predominate. After a long maceration of 9 days in the cold, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and remained in new French oak barrels for 16 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Vallado Adelaide is a very concentrated red wine, full-bodied and firm with balsamic notes of oak and black fruits. In the mouth, it is firm, ripe, with demarcated tannins and a very complex and persistent finish.

Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16°C à 18°C.
