Valle de Passos Reserva is a red wine from the region of Trás-os-Montes that presents a ruby color, fresh and delicate aroma with notes of red and black fruits. In the mouth it is elegant, with present acidity and balanced tannins.
Winemaking:
Valle de Passos Reserva is a red wine, produced from red grape varieties of Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional from the Trás-os-Montes region. After a short period of maceration, the wine fermented at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation, it remained for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and another 6 months in French oak barrels, being later decanted, filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Valle de Passos Reserva is an elegant and robust red wine that presents us exuberant aromas of ripe red fruits and aromatic notes of the wood where it staged. In the mouth, it is elegant with a lively acidity and present but well-integrated tannins with a long finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
