Valle de Passos Tinta Amarela is a red wine produced exclusively from the grape variety of Tinta Amarela. This wine presents a ruby color, fresh aroma, and notes of red fruits and spices. In the mouth, it is bulky, with a present acidity and long finish.
Winemaking:
Valle de Passos Tinta Amarela is a red wine, produced from red grape variety of Tinta Amarela from the Trás-os-Montes region. After a short period of maceration, the wine fermented at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation, it remained for 10 months in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, being later decanted, filtered and bottled.

Valle de Passos Tinta Amarela is a red wine from the region of Trás-os-Montes that presents a delicate, intense and fresh aroma with notes of red and black fruits and spices. In the mouth is quite bulky and persistent, with a fresh acidity, present but balanced tannins, and a long finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
