Zom Reserva is a fabulously fruity and juicy red wine from the Douro wine region that shows a deep and dark purple colour. It presents minerality in all its structure, scents of flowers as violets and jasmine, ripe dark fruit aromas alongside imposing and round tannins, great elegance and superb acidity.
Winemaking:
Zom Reserva is a red wine, produced from red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca in the Douro wine region. After a long maceration of 10 days, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for further 10 days. 40% of the batch has staged in French oak barrels, for 18 months, in contact of fine lees where it has been subjected to a regular stirring, and the other part has stayed in stainless steel tanks prior to being blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Zom Reserva features an open aromatic bouquet with ripe red fruit aromas such as dark cherries and plums, wonderful balsamic touch and elegant wood touch. This wine finishes with great elegance, alongside plenty of mineral hints, round and fancy tannins, and poised acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
