Real Companhia Velha Dom José Ruby Port ages, in average, two years in small barrels of French oak in the cellars of Real Companhia Velha in Vila Nova de Gaia. This wine is made through the vinification of different varieties as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, used in percentages not defined. After two years of ageing, the wines are then blended a few months before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Dom José Ruby Port presents a beautiful ruby colour. It presents black ripe berry's aromas and it's characterized by its softness and harmony on the palate.
Store and Serve Advice:
Serve temperature 12-16°C.
It has a rich ruby colour with aroma reminiscent of a delicate red berry conserve: raspberries and wild strawberries. It is harmonious and balanced on the palate, with a sweet and attractive fruity after taste.
Rozès Port Ruby is a young Port wine dominated by the richness and the intensity of the ripe black fruits such as cherries and plums. It is a wine of elegant structure and a well-defined acidity.
Maynards Ruby Port is rich and ripe with plums and ripe dark cherries. It's fresh, bright with solid and juicy tannins.
Graham's Fine Ruby shows a beautifully dark purple colour, packed with ripe red and black fruit aromas, on the palate luscious black cherry flavours, with excellent balance and an intense finish.
